OUR HISTORY
In early 1994, Marthinsen & Salvitti Insurance Group was founded when Alan C. Marthinsen and E. Ronald Salvitti II purchased the Property and Casualty book of business from a small agency in Washington, PA. Since those early years, when Al and Ron shared one desk, the growth of MSI has been extraordinary. Aggressive sales techniques, acquisitions, the addition of a Benefits department, and the hiring of highly experienced associates have all contributed to MSI becoming one of the largest and most aggressive privately-owned agencies in the Tri-State area.
